Looking for help with some tasks? There’s an easy way for you to find an apprenticeship interested in helping with those specific tasks. You now have an option to post an apprenticeship expressing the exact areas you’re looking for help. This is a great way to elicit responses from candidates keen on working with you to achieve your goals!
You can post an apprenticeship by following these steps:
Step 1: Click on ‘Create Listing’
Step 2: Fill out the required fields.
NOTE: Kindly select the tools from the drop-down menu. At the moment, if you manually add an entry that's not on the drop-down, you won't be able to submit your post. As we are constantly updating the drop-down, feel free to let us know which tools you'd like us to include.
Step 3: You can limit the inbounds you get for your post so it remains close to your timezone (+/- 3hours)
Step 4: Review our T&Cs, including our relevant fees, then click ‘Post Apprenticeship.’
Step 5: That’s it! Your apprenticeship has been posted. Click on ‘Continue’.
Step 6: You can then select the times you’re available for interviews. Then click on ‘Save Availability’
Step 7: Go to 'Listings' on the left navigation bar and you’ll be able to see the apprenticeship opening that you posted. You can also invite candidates to your listing.
You’ll find responses to your post in the 'Interviews' section. If you want to review candidates' profiles in the discovery feed, simply click the 'Candidates' section on the left navigation bar.
Things to remember:
- Your credit allows you to post an apprenticeship. If you cancel a post within 24 hours of creating it, your credit will be automatically put on your Acadium account, so you can make a new post. No action is required from you.
- If a candidate is taken off the platform outside of our policy, it voids your eligibility for a restoration of your credit.
