You’re likely currently working with two mentors right now. We’ve found that apprentices are usually at their peak performance with a maximum of two simultaneous apprenticeships.
This is largely due to the time investment; a combined 20 hours apprenticeship-week. Often you’re combining your apprenticeships with other personal commitments that make it challenging to work with more than two mentors at a time.
Although this is the rule, there are exceptions. After considering what your availability is for the next few months you may want to optimize your training with one more apprenticeship. If you have the bandwidth and would like to continue with a third apprenticeship, click 'request exemption,' fill out the survey and a member of our team will reach out to you within 1 - 2 business days.
While you wait for a response, why not do another Acadium training course related to the apprenticeships you’re working on? As the popular saying goes, chance favors the prepared.
Remember, it's about the mutually positive outcomes from your relationship with your mentor(s) that make this 3-month journey worthwhile. Who knows, this might just be the beginning of a long professional relationship. So, let's make it count!
