Hi Everyone,
A lot has happened to us all in the past couple of months with the rise of COVID-19 in our communities. We gained perspective. We sought out context, answers, and hope. I trust that you all are safe and are prepared in the event that this is our "new normal" for the next while.
I wanted to address my appreciation for all of you, your hard work, and the hard work that lies ahead for each of your professional and business trajectories. Please remember that this community is here for all of you, whenever you need it, no matter what you are currently navigating. You helped to create this community, now we will navigate the ‘what’s next’ together.
If you are in an apprenticeship and find yourself struggling between personal life and professional development, you are not alone. We are here for you. Stay strong and rest assured that through all this, our team will be here to support you. If you need help or guidance reach out to your apprenticeship advisor. They are here to help answer any questions you may have.
There is a whole generation of talent that needs our help, right now. We can't change what we can't control, but we can still connect, we can still communicate, and we can still share our skills. With Acadium this can be done safely from our homes. Let's do our part to positively contribute to our community and support one another while we get through this together.
We need more businesses to help us meet the candidate demand left from school closures. We need your help in sharing Acadium and getting it in the hands of businesses and candidates struggling to cope with the disruption to our professional lives.
If you know anyone who has a business that would benefit from Acadium, please share with them so we can help meet the demand and get our new candidates on their way to becoming job-ready.
Remember - we are all here to improve and grow. We are all in this together. Stay the course, and united we will emerge with new skills for this new world.
Sincerely,
Moe Abbas - Acadium CEO
