What if the apprenticeship is canceled?
Businesses who have a canceled apprenticeship within the first 30 days, due to no fault of their own, can make a new post. Please contact our Membership Success Team so we can put a new credit on your Acadium account 🤝
What if I don't find a suitable candidate?
A credit grants you access to our platform, productivity tools, and dedicated email support from our Membership Success Team. It's free to sign up as a business, view profiles, and verify the talent pool. Finding a candidate is similar to any HR process. You begin by posting an apprenticeship task description and whittle down the list of responses. With a little bit of care, a ton of open communication, and commitment to mentoring your apprentice, we're confident that you can find a match for a successful marketing apprenticeship!
We encourage all Acadium businesses to keep searching for a suitable candidate. Businesses are not entitled to a refund if they do not find a candidate. Looking for some suggestions on how to find a suitable candidate? Feel free to chat with our Membership Success Team 🙂
What if candidates are not responding to my messages?
Our Apprentice Success Team monitors our marketplace to ensure candidates who are not responsive are removed from the platform.
There are three main reasons why candidates do not respond:
- a post with task requirements that aren’t specific or look like it’ll take more than 10 hours per week to complete.
- an opening message that doesn't engage the candidate and give insight into your marketing initiatives and/or business.
- a business profile that isn't effectively showcasing your current skills and marketing experience.
Don't be afraid to ask the candidate about their interests and make sure they align with yours! Try out a few different search strategies by applying different filter selections to find the right candidate based on your needs.
Ultimately, businesses are not eligible for a refund due to being unable to attract a candidate. We're happy to help you with strategies to improve your posts.
What if it takes one month to find an apprentice?
Your credit does not expire! One week or one month, you can use your credit to post an apprenticeship anytime! The 3-months begins from the time your apprentice accepts the labor contract to work with you.
What if I paid for the Pro Plan and only worked with apprentices for 1 or 2 quarterly cycles?
As part of the annual contract, our valued Pro Plan members can work with 3 apprentices at the same time, up to 4 cycles. The apprentices are different in each cycle. If for any reason a business completes only 1 or 2 of the 4 cycles, the remaining credits do not expire and can be used later on, even after the initial 12 months of signing the Pro Plan TOS. Pro Plan members are not eligible for a refund after the 7 days grace period.
Can I get a refund on my contract after a quarter on the Pro Plan?
The Pro Plan option is an annual contract. Whether you choose to pay one-time or in quarterly installments, you are obliged to fulfill the terms of the Pro Plan TOS. Pro Plan members are not eligible for a refund after the 7 days grace period.
