The tasking calendar is a great way to project manage your apprentice. We recommend using it with our call scheduling tool. You may also find it a useful complement to your existing project management system.
There are some steps to using the task scheduler, as explained below:
Step 1: If you haven't done so already, login to your Acadium account.
Step 2: Click on the picture of your apprentice in the left margin.
Step 3: Click 'Try it out' in the lower right corner of the screen, OR click on the 'Schedule' tab at the top of the page. Both actions lead to the next step.
Step 4: Click the '+' button to assign a task.
Step 5: Fill out the task information. You can assign a task for a specific date by clicking 'change' and selecting the date for the assigned task.
Step 6: Click 'Create task' to save.
Step 7: Once the task is completed, either you or your apprentice can mark the task as 'complete.' If after a feedback call, a task needs to be revisited, you or your apprentice can change the task status to incomplete and assign a new date for completion.
Step 8: You can also delete a task if it becomes irrelevant to your objectives. Simply click on the task and click 'delete.'
