The tasking calendar is a great way to project manage your apprentice. We recommend using it with our call scheduling tool. You may also find it a useful complement to your existing project management system.
There are some steps to using the task scheduler, as explained below:
Step 1: If you haven't done so already, login to your Acadium account.
Step 2: Go to your apprentice's chat conversation.
Step 3: Click on ‘Task’ in the upper right corner. Then click on ‘Assign New Task’
Step 4: Fill out the task information and click on ‘Create Task’
Step 5: You’ll also see the task you assigned to your apprentice by clicking on the ‘Tasks’ button.
Step 6: Once the task is completed, either you or your apprentice can mark the task as 'complete' by clicking on the checkmark. If after a feedback call, a task needs to be revisited, you or your apprentice can edit the task and assign a new date for completion. Just click on the task and edit it.
Step 7: You can also delete a task if it becomes irrelevant to your objectives. Simply click on the task and click 'delete task'.
