In order to process your payments, you're required to fill out the tax docs on your dashboard. In this article, we take you through a simple step-by-step guide to complete this section of your account.
Step 1: If you haven't done so already, please login to your account.
Step 2: Select the appropriate form. W-9 for US Residents, or W-8BEN for Non-US Residents.
Step 3: Fill out the form. It's a quick one-pager :)
Step 4: Next, from your dashboard, click 'Complete Tax Registration.'
Step 5: Under the Tax Information section, click 'Edit Details' and fill out the required fields. Remember to upload the form you filled out in Step 2.
Step 6: Click 'Save.'
Step 7: This updates your information in the system. Your tax document will be reviewed by the Finance Manager. You will receive an email notification after review. After this your status will be further updated from pending.
